The 1-on-1 sprint for successfully launching a digital offer

A 6 or 12 week 1:1 sprint for people who want to build and launch their first or next digital product quickly.

The thinking behind it: plenty of people have access to knowledge, a good idea or even an existing social media audience, and still do not manage to turn that into an attractive digital offer that actually sells.

That is exactly where Launchpad comes in. Over the course of the collaboration I personally guide my clients from the product idea all the way to a systematic launch.

Depending on where you stand, how big the project is and how far along it already is, we decide together during onboarding whether the sprint runs over 6 or 12 weeks. The goal is not only to plan the digital offer strategically, but to get it onto the launch pad together and to stay involved right up to the first euro of revenue.

In weekly 1:1 calls I work hands-on on the progress of the launch and bring in everything I have learned in over 15 years of digital product development, online marketing, social media, web and mobile development and UX/UI design.

Launchpad is therefore something like the logical combination of everything I have learned over the years and demonstrably built successfully online myself.

It is a premium offer aimed at people who do not need more theory, but rather an experienced partner in business and marketing who plans alongside them, proactively helps avoid mistakes and makes sure a launch-ready digital offer comes together in the shortest possible time.

The 7-day online event for more focus, clarity and productivity

These days a lot of people want to work more productively, more clearly and with better concentration, but find themselves increasingly lost between their phone, social media, doomscrolling, email, open tabs, sensory overload and too many things running in parallel.

Together with my brother Eugen I therefore created FokusWoche, a free online event that does not just motivate people and pass on useful knowledge, but actually gets them taking action for seven days.

Every day participants receive a short lesson with clearly actionable mini tasks and habit prompts, so that over the course of a week they systematically reduce distractions, win back their focus and bring more order to their head, their day and their work.

FokusWoche combines active personal development, productivity and digital self-organisation in a compact online event format, and has become one of our most important funnels.

Interest in this project is growing rapidly, because it addresses a question that will only become more relevant in the years ahead: how do people stay clear, productive and focused in a world that is permanently competing for their attention?

Our goal for the project is for at least 100,000 people to complete FokusWoche by 2030 and to experience how much clarity, energy and momentum can appear when you deliberately take back control of your own focus for just seven days.

The modern time and self-management training for entrepreneures & freelancers

As founders, my brother Eugen and I realised early on that time, energy and focus are among the most important levers for progress, freedom and long-term success – especially when you work for yourself. If you do not have your tasks, projects and priorities under control, you lose not just time but very quickly also clarity, peace of mind and ultimately revenue.

That realisation led us both to dig deeply into time management, self-organisation, focus, habits and digital productivity systems very early in our entrepreneurial journey.

What interested us most was not simply how to “get more done”, but how to organise your work and your focus so that reaching long-term goals actually becomes more likely.

Out of that grew the brand 2xProduktiv®, which launched in 2019 with an 8-week digital training and coaching programme for busy people who want to structure their tasks, appointments, emails and projects better, reduce distractions and build more productive working habits.

At its centre are practical systems such as the ClarityListe® (our own task management system), deep work blocks, productive daily routines and the OFE method®, which ties organisation, focus and energy together.

Today 2xProduktiv is one of my most important projects, partly because it grew out of mastering a personal challenge in life and in business, and partly because it has since turned into a well-liked productivity system that has helped over 3,000 people organise themselves, their time and their work better, think more clearly and be more productive with less stress.

Online magazine focused on longevity, biohacking and healthy self-optimisation

The project came about together with a business partner and friend, after we noticed early on that topics like biohacking, self-optimisation and longevity were gaining a lot of ground in the US market.

Our hypothesis was that sooner or later this trend would reach Europe and Germany too – which, in hindsight, proved correct.

Together we developed the brand and built an online magazine covering exactly these topics for the German-speaking market. My focus was mainly on the technical implementation, the web design/UX/UI and search engine optimisation.

The magazine kept growing and quickly reached more than 25,000 monthly readers. What was especially valuable to me was the hands-on experience in SEO. Many articles ranked strongly in Google early on, particularly for growing topics and keywords such as keto, ketogenic nutrition and the keto diet.

In parallel I used my technical knowledge to turn the magazine’s visitors into qualified email contacts for a planned product launch. For various reasons that first launch never happened, partly because the coronavirus pandemic began around that time. With a heavy heart we eventually decided to move our focus and resources to other projects and shut the magazine down.

For me Riseon was still an important project, because it taught me how to spot an international trend early, build a digital brand out of it and grow an audience organically through content and SEO.

Platform and content project around mindset and personal development

What started as a blog and YouTube channel about personal development grew over the years into one of the most important parts of what my brother (Eugen Bellon) and I do.

In many ways FlowFinder was our breakthrough. First in building digital reach and brand awareness: across various channels we built an audience of more than 200,000 fans, followers and subscribers. And second commercially, because FlowFinder was our first business to pass the 1 million euro revenue mark.

From the start, a central focus was building the YouTube channel of the same name. With our long-form videos we passed 10,000,000 views after just 4 years, and we were among the first German-language channels to cover topics like personal development, psychology, motivation and mindset in this form on YouTube.

FlowFinder was also the first YouTube channel in Germany built primarily on educational rather than entertainment content to break the 100,000 subscriber mark.

Over the years we developed numerous digital products, online courses, content and funnels under the brand. In 2020 we finally brought these different product and brand areas together on one central platform: the FlowFinder Academy. That became a successful membership model and a digital learning platform that still exists today.

For me personally, FlowFinder is therefore more than just another one of my online projects. It is the place where passion, content, community, technology and digital marketing turned into a successful business for my brother and me – one that still inspires and supports people in reaching their goals more than a decade on.

WordPress plugin for systematically growing fans and followers

This digital product tied directly into where online marketing was heading at the time: social media was becoming steadily more popular and more important, and many website owners wanted to build up Facebook fans, Twitter followers, YouTube subscribers and Google+ contacts as fast as possible.

The idea behind the plugin was simple: visitors to a blog or website should not just consume content and disappear again, but should be deliberately reminded to follow the project on social networks too.

To do that, the plugin let website owners create an individually configurable lightbox that appeared at a chosen moment and put the most important social media profiles front and centre.

That made SocialLightbox a specialised tool for a period in which reach on social platforms was becoming ever more valuable for online projects. Instead of tucking social buttons away somewhere in the footer or sidebar, the plugin put the follow prompt directly in the visitor’s field of view.

For me this project was another step towards productising my own software. After the success of Slideplugins it let me deepen my technical knowledge while understanding even better how to turn a concrete market trend into a product in its own right.

Suite of WordPress plugins for generating leads and followers on a blog

My first larger software project: a suite of three WordPress plugins that let blog owners engage their visitors more deliberately. The plugins could be bought individually or as a bundle and were aimed at website owners, bloggers and online marketers who wanted to get more out of their existing traffic.

The suite consisted of Slidearticle, Slidesocial and Slideoptin. Slidearticle helped present further blog articles through eye-catching slide boxes on the front end and so increase time on site. Slidesocial drove more social mentions, likes, tweets and shares. Slideoptin was built to win more email subscribers by showing visitors a fitting opt-in box at the right moment.

Technically, this project was a big next step for me. For the first time it was no longer just about creating a digital information product, but about building real software, making it usable and selling it online.

This is where I started combining my passion for code with product development, marketing and sales. Developing the three plugins took almost a year and repeatedly pushed me to the edge of despair. In hindsight, though, the project was absolutely critical and extremely valuable.

Not only financially, because it was the first time I won more than 1,000 customers over the internet, but personally too. It gave me the confidence that I could not only sell content, but also develop my own software products and bring them to market successfully.

Ebook about profitable niches for building an online business

My second digital product took on one of the central questions many beginners in online marketing struggle with: which niche is actually suitable for building your own online business?

At the time, more and more digital products in the form of ebooks were appearing in the German-speaking market. At the same time, finding a niche was particularly important for beginners, because the choice of niche often decided right at the start whether a project had any realistic chance at all. That is exactly where the Topnischenreport came in.

The ebook ran to over 60 pages of knowledge, exercises and tools for finding a niche systematically. Among other things it explained what makes a good online niche, how to check demand, competition, audience size and search volume, and how to make sensible use of what was then the Google Keyword Tool for your own research.

On top of that, the report contained a collection of 40 concrete “top niches” that had already been researched against certain criteria and classified as potentially especially profitable. That made the product not just a theoretical guide, but a practical shortcut for people wanting to start their first own online project.

PDF collection of tools and resources for online marketing and building a business

My first digital product – built in 2011 alongside my degree. The idea came out of a problem of my own: I was still at the very beginning of my entrepreneurial journey and kept looking for the right, better tools, platforms and resources to build online projects faster and more professionally.

Out of that need came a PDF collection with links to curated tools for online marketing and building a business: from domains, hosting and web design through WordPress, graphic design, outsourcing, stock media, video editing and many other areas. So that the product would not feel like a plain Word document, I taught myself Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator and designed the interactive PDF entirely myself.

Development took almost three months. After launching it to my email list of around 1,000 contacts at the time, the product made a little over 600€ in its first month. In a way that was life-changing for me, because it was more than twice my monthly wage from my side job at the time.

This project was therefore far more than a PDF to me. It was the moment an idea in my head turned into a real digital product and an additional income.
